Instant Dry Yeast 450g X 20 vacuum sachets

Feature: Fast fermentation, stable fermented duration, strong tast of the nutural yeast
Usage: High sugar instant dry yeast is suitable for the high sugar paste (contains sugar≥10%).


How to use: Mix The dry yeast into the flour or knead with the paste, avoid directly contact with grease or cold water.
Suggested Usage: Make adjustment according to the breed, technical requirements, and surrounding temperature.


Storage: Keep it cool and dry. store in the freezer once the pack is open
Ingredients: Yeast, sorbitan monostearate

Application: it applies for bread with 5-25% sugar.

Functional Features:

1. It is made from selected high activity and high osmotic pressure resistant yeast strains and is suitable for the production of a variety of bread recipes with high glucose (25%) and high oil (20%).
2. It can effectively shorten the dough fermentation time;

Dosage: 0.8%-1.0% of the flour
